Co-Active coaching is about action and learning.  Action to make real change, learning to generate new resourcefulness, expanded possibilities, and stronger muscles for change

 

A Co-Active coaching programme will be built according to your requirements. After an initial discovery session lasting approximately 90 minutes, 40 minute coaching sessions at least twice a month will empower you to move your life forward in a direction that honours your values and is truly fulfilling.

Personal Coaching is charged at a rate of £40 plus VAT for each 40 minute session

Radical Steps Executive Coaching provides professional and personal development for managers in senior positions. Driven by the needs of the client it is about enhancing personal impact and performance, bringing out the best in an individual to enable the team to work better as a whole.

The business benefits from improved management of other staff, a more creative outlook in business planning, and improved retention of key people who deliver greater commitment.

Executive Coaching is charged at a rate of £120 plus VAT per hour.

Either 12 X 60 minutes, 18 X 40 minutes,  or 24 X 30 minutes of Co-Active Coaching to support Coaches in achieving accreditation as a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach.

This programme costs a total of £1080 plus VAT.

Individual hours for CTI Certification are available at £90 plus VAT per hour
